  • Monthly Subscription: By purchasing a Monthly subscription, you agree to the initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.  You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. 

  • Cancelation Policy of Subscription:  If you want to cancel a subscription you have with us, please visit your personal billing portal to cancel immediately or email us at support@micromomenttrading.com at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your renewal.  When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

Example: Monthly subscription cancellation

If your subscription period is from June 1 to June 30, if we process a monthly subscription’s cancellation on June 20th, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until the end of the period on June 30 and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.

 

DO NOT wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request by email, because such requests are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after we receive them. We recommend that you cancel through our billing portal at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date for an immediate update of your subscription status or email your request to support@micromomenttrading.com at least 72 hours prior to your subscription renewal date, providing us with your name, subscription service, and email address you signed up under, so we can process your request.  We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by either email or phone call if you cancel by phone.

Example 1 :  Cancellation window date example

If your subscription is set to renew on the 15th of the month, you can cancel through the online portal up until the 14th of the month at 11:59 PM Central Time to not be billed for the next period.  If you prefer to email the office to cancel, that email should be sent no later than 11:59 PM Central on the 11th day of the month so your account will not be billed for renewal on the 15th.

 

Example 2:  Cancellation window day of week example

If your subscription is set to renew on a Monday, you can cancel through the online portal up until Sunday night at 11:59 PM Central Time and not be billed for the next period.  If you prefer to email the office to cancel, that email should be sent no later than Thursday at 11:59 PM Central, prior to the Monday renewal, in this example.

  • Refunds:

    • Courses:  You may receive a 100% refund for any course which you have signed up and paid for, but have not yet attended within 15 days of registration.  

    • Coaching Services:  We do not offer refunds for our monthly coaching subscription services.  The customer is responsible for ensuring their order is correct before purchasing the Coaching Service and for cancelling prior to their renewal date as outlined in our Terms & Conditions - Cancelation Policy of Subscription.  Once you sign up, you will be entitled to all benefits that accompany that service.  Please report any billing errors to support@micromomenttrading.com.  Any billing errors will be handled within 1 business day.  Friendly fraud and abuse by disputing the transaction with the issuing bank will result in immediate termination of service and disqualification from future use of service.  We appreciate your understanding and discussing any billing issues with us, prior to disputing the transaction with the issuing bank.
