01  I have a question about my subscription, who should I contact?

All subscription or billing questions can be directed to our office at support@micromomenttrading.com.  You can also submit your inquiry through our online Contact Page.  If you have transitioned to our new sign-up platform, you can also manage your own account from the self-service portal link you received during sign up.

02  I just purchased my subscription, when will it be activated?

We strive to get all subscriptions setup on the same day, if they come in during business hours.  However, we allow up to one business day for account setup and activation.  If you purchased the subscription at noon on a Wednesday, the subscription will be activated by noon on Thursday.  If you purchase your subscription after office hours, it will be activated the following business day during business hours.  Please visit our Contact page if you have any questions about business hours or would like to reach out to us with any additional questions about subscription activation.

03  Do any of your techniques require a minimum account balance?

While no technique requires a trading account minimum value, it is suggested you check with your broker if they have a required minimum account value.  For example, those learning and practicing the Micro Moment Trading technique are quite often considered pattern day traders by their broker, due to the volume and velocity of the trades.  If an account is classified as a pattern day trading account, your broker may require a minimum account balance.  Please check with your broker for any account minimums they may require.
